From Software finally showed off a trailer for 3D Dot Game Heroes, the Japanese developer’s PS3-exclusive spoof of 2D RPGs that’s already built a following with its distinctive voxel characters and landscape. Seen in motion, the game cribs more than a few elements from Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda series — the boomerang, retaliating chickens, and Pegasus Boots-style dash for example. This trailer for Borderlands introduces the characters you can be in this cell-shaded first-person shooter RPG that takes place on the planet Pandora . They inroduce you to Mordecai the headshot hunter, Lilith the sword and gun slinging siren, Roland the tactical soldier and last but not least Brick the brawler as himself. After “you woke the wrong dog” the second part of the trailer lets you see some of the enemies and also some ways to take care of them.
