PS3 slim // amazon listing is a bit weird

A listing has appeared on the German Amazon site for a “PlayStation 3 Konsole slim”. The listing has been updated with an image that appears to be official. This new picture of the Playstation3 “slimline” is uploaded to the archive of the online gift shop Amazon.de. There are a few things weird about the two ads that accompany this listing and rumor though…

PS3 slim // rumors or available this autumn ?

There are already some photos and rumors going around about a new redesigned PS3. Just like with the older versions PS2 and PSone it should be a slimline PS3. The two biggest rumors are that it may or may not get back the backwards compatibility like the PS2, and also PS3 Slim production contracts have reportedly been awarded to two Taiwanese manufactures. Sony hasnt confirmed any of these rumors or any of the following pictures yet. They say that currently they don’t have any plans for a redesigned PS3 at this time.
